He enjoys his artisanal work which can be seen by the widespread nature of his referrals.
Mark will tackle kitchen and bathroom renovations, place lofts and staircases, create doorways, tile terraces, paint and plaster. Some of his work has been known as "corrective artisanal work" whereby folks have attempted perhaps to save money by using nonregistered workers and get the unregistered results...does'nt everyone have a story to tell here?
Additionally, he can save you money by offering a reduced TVA of 5.5% for many renovations instead of the normal 19.6% charged by other contractors. You can enjoy these transformed spaces within a reasonable time frame while still saving money. He has completed 100's of jobs in the Languedoc over these past 5 years thus his experience working with the French infrastructure on behalf of his clients has translated to his excellent work history. His tenacity for delivering quality projects extends to his determination to learn French and converse with the native suppliers and fellow artisans.
